Returns

• We accept returns within 30 days of delivery
• Items must be unopened and in original packaging
• Due to health and safety regulations, opened supplement products cannot be returned

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection
• Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method

Damaged or Defective Items

• If you received a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery
• We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost
